Premier Danielle Smith visited the Somali Canadian Society of Alberta’s Community Centre, engaging with over 200 members of the East African communities in Alberta. The meeting addressed key issues such as high unemployment rates and aimed to strengthen the relationship between the provincial government and the East African communities. Community leaders facilitated the session, ensuring an open dialogue between the attendees and the Premier.
